Title: Senior Consultant (Managed Services Team)

Extreme Technologies is seeking a highly motivated “Senior Level Consultant” with 10 years of experience that has the ability to handle multiple clients that are located in different locations for our ITSS team. ETI has been serving the Houston area for over 11 years and is continuing to grow rapidly. We have currently acquired two additional companies within our organization that has really made a huge impact in business.
Responsibilities:
· Plan/implement all IT/technical projects.
· Design/maintain all clients’ IT network infrastructure.
· Develop/implement internal tools and services for ITSS.
· Develop/implement department products/services.
· Develop standard technical processes/procedures for ITSS.
· 2nd and 3rd level escalation for all complex issues.
· Schedule/delegate resources and tasks for project and support activities.
· Engage/ensure project delivery to clients.
· Provide training to internal resources.

Additional Skills:
· Ability to juggle multiple clients at different physical sites
· Good written/verbal communication
· Any experience with help desk/ticket management is a plus
