Extreme Technologies is searching for a seasoned “Consulting Delivery Leader” for our growing Managed Services team. In this position you will demonstrate leadership and motivational skills as well as capitalize on your strategic abilities to develop process and procedures creating efficiencies throughout the organization. We are looking for candidates that have lead teams of 20+ delivery consultants in a managed services consulting environment. Must have strong attention to customer service and support for client with the goal of ultimate client satisfaction. Our clients have up to 2500 users in multiple locations. Candidates must have a solid technology background in both infrastructure and applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· 10+ yrs of experience managing and supporting small to mid-size businesses over seeing, directing and scheduling of 20+ technicians.
· Able to successfully interact with executive team members by building effective and responsive interpersonal relationships.
· Able to initiate, evolve and enforce policy and process.
· Must be able to provide examples of delivering business process and procedures within other organizations
· Must have excellent Project Management – Examples of project management expertise will be required
· Strong technical experience with Windows Server 2003 & 2008, MS Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server 2005 & 2008, MSX 2003 & 2007, Microsoft Security Suite and Communication Manager.
· Strong oral/written communication skills
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Must have a BA/BS Degree
· Must be MCSE certified and have two of the following certifications (CCA, CCNA, CCIE, CCDE or CCNP MCITP)
· Military leadership and background
· PMP or PMI certified
